Many of our youth struggle with inner narratives that are harsh, unrealistic, or rooted in past trauma, statements like “I’ll always mess up” or “Nobody can be trusted.” At Triumph, REBT helps students recognize that these beliefs are not facts, but choices. They learn how to dispute them and replace them with healthier, more rational perspectives. Over time, this therapy builds emotional resilience and creates a strong foundation for behavioral change.
