Bullying and aggression are serious behavioral concerns that can lead to lasting emotional and psychological harm for both the aggressor and the victim. Bullying is a form of intentional, repeated harm, whether physical, verbal, non-verbal, or digital. Aggression, similarly, involves hostile or injurious behavior intended to dominate or intimidate others. Teens who engage in these behaviors often struggle with impulse control, empathy, and emotional regulation, and may be dealing with underlying disorders such as ODD, Conduct Disorder, or ADHD. Without intervention, these patterns can escalate, causing damage to relationships, academic success, and overall well-being.
