Through structured discussions and real-life applications, students begin building habits that support personal growth and accountability.
Our program is modeled after the life skills curriculum from Father Flanagan’s Boys Home in Boys Town, Nebraska. It provides a full year of structured training and hands-on practice. Triumph staff are fully trained in this model, ensuring consistent support and helping students build appropriate social responses and healthier behavior patterns.
By learning and applying these life skills, students gain confidence, improve relationships, and take meaningful steps toward their goals. At Triumph, we help each young man identify his strengths, work through challenges, and develop the tools needed to succeed in life beyond treatment.
